The School Badge (for students and/or parents) is available from the Front Office. The cost is currently $2.00.
Banking
Banking is made available though the Commonwealth Bank School Banking Dollarmites Program. Participation in the school program encourages our students to learn the vital skills of saving and financial planning. School banking is also a fundraiser for the school, as the bank pays a commission of every deposit made at school.
Banking occurs once a week on Tuesdays, commencing 9 February, although families can make their deposits less frequently, if so desired. Families who are not currently participating in school banking can join by creating a Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account through a local branch of the Commonwealth Bank. They will receive Dollarmite deposit book and wallet which can then be handed in to the school Front Office on the next Banking day.
Buddy Classes
Buddy classes are a feature of the pastoral care, social and academic program at Aranda School. Each class, Kindergarten to Year 5, has a buddy class. Classes meet regularly to share class work, singing, excursions, portfolios, games etc.
