Welcome to Aranda Primary School's website. I was appointed as Principal at Aranda this year. I am committed to working with staff and parents to provide the best possible learning environment for students. Communication between school and home is important in supporting educational programs and student development. I am very proud of the excellent programs and resources offered at Aranda. Aranda Primary has a well known reputation for excellent academic programs, a very rich Arts curriculum and high level participation and fitness in a range of physical activities.

Professional Development of teachers, review and renewal of curriculum, policies and programs, and opportunities for partnerships with parents are key features of our school. The School Plan 2004 to 2007 was developed following extensive input from parents, staff and Year 5 and 6 students.

This year we welcome Cook into our Priority Enrolment Area and also welcome the Aranda Preschool into a new Preschool to Year 6 school structure.
