Aranda Primary School opened in 1969, proudly celebrating 40 Years of Excellence in Public Education in 2009. The school is situated in the northern suburbs of Canberra close to the city and two universities. It provides education from Preschool to Year 6. The suburbs of Aranda, Bruce, and Cook are the current priority enrolment areas. The school is highly sought-after for placement.
